At UGears, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your UGears account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at an authorized location, then keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
